Fantastically Fit Feet 

Do your feet hurt all the time? Is it hard to walk in the mornings? Have low back pain or hip issues?

This workshop will get you excited about the importance of having fit feet and how they affect your day to day movement and body pain issues.

You’ll learn how your entire body and its movement ability (or lack thereof) can be altered by your feet and why they can’t be ignored anymore. I’ll share techniques to create strong, relaxed, mobile feet for life! You’ll learn why ankle range of motion is important in keeping your knees and neck pain-free, how important it is to retain strength and power in your big toe, and we’ll even touch on finding a shoe to make your feet feel amazing. You’ll also learn how common foot issues such as Plantar Fasciitis and Bunions come about, and how to help heal these issues without surgery.

 You’ll go home with exercises, videos, and knowledge that will make a world of difference in how you and your feet carry yourself through life.


Roll into Relaxation

Aches and pains in the morning? Low back pain? Plantar fasciitis? Or perhaps, you just notice tension in your body and don’t know how to release it.

Ignoring these symptoms is a recipe for disaster: an easy way to invite injury into the body during your next workout or maybe even just bending over to pick up your shoes.

And then there is the daily mental and emotional stress that you store in your body. We often hold onto this as muscle tension because our brain doesn’t know what else to do with it. Our body gets used to carrying that stress in certain places and in certain ways, eventually creating chronic tension and pain.

In this 2-hour workshop, you’ll be taught body rolling and myofascial release techniques through the use of small therapy balls. We’ll create ease and relaxation through your body and length in your fascia and muscles. This work also affects the nervous system and allows it the ability to down-regulate into the parasympathetic state, leaving you relaxed and calm. It’s a two for one bonus as you’ll leave feeling flexible, supple, and wholly relaxed -in both body and mind.


Walking Redefined

You walk every day. But have you ever thought about how you walk?

There are many small tweaks that can help you carry yourself a little more easily. The way you personally use or don’t use the musculature of your feet and legs, glutes and quads affect your entire body. This class will teach you the basic biomechanics of how your feet work, shoes, how to improve the way you stand and walk, strengthening exercises for, and recovery techniques to help you move with more ease.

If you like to walk or hike in any capacity. This is workshop is a must. You’ll be amazed at where the information takes you. Literally, as you feel your daily gait cycle change for the better!

Breath, Balance, CORE!

Would you like more out of your core? When most people think of a strong core they picture a six-pack belly. But what if I were to tell you that those with a six-pack often have a dysfunctional core that doesn’t support their body well, can cause pain, and in fact, can sometimes be detrimental to functionality. Would you be interested to learn holistically functional exercises that create a responsive and reflexive core? One that truly supports your body now and in the years to come? Learn how your pelvic floor, abs, back, leg and foot muscles all have an impact on your core. Tapping Into Calm

What if you could learn a simple technique to help ease stress, anxiety, frustration, and more by simply tapping on specific points on your body?

The powerful benefits of EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) or “tapping” have been scientifically proven in multiple independent studies to release negative associated emotions and allow the individual a true sense of peace. This workshop will teach you all of the basics of this technique and how to implement it into your daily life. Learn to release those fears, frustrations, and stressors to live your life to the fullest.
