Winter 2018 Schedule

Mon – Barre Plus, 10am

Mon – Mobility in Movement, 4:30pm

Wed – Barre Plus, 9:30am

Thur – Zumba/Toning, 9:30am

Friday – Barre Plus, 10am

 

Barre Plus~ This hour-long class moves through balance training, barre work, strength training, pilates, and flexibility. Great music makes the workout fun and the sweat drip faster. We’ll use weights, balls, bands, and more to sculpt, shape, and build strength like no other workout you’ve ever tried.

Though I am trained in multiple barre methods, In my studio I teach my own format where I draw upon my personal dance training, functional movement mechanics, postural alignment, and more to make this a barre class like no other.  My goal is to make you strong, mobile, and unbreakable.

I offer hands-on corrections and verbal cueing to help you keep proper body alignment while offering strong encouragement to keep you motivated.

This class is offered 3 days a week on Mondays and Fridays at 10am. Wednesdays at 9:30 am. The class is limited to 7 people.

Mobility in Movement~ This hour-long class focuses on mobility and flexibility. We will use a variety of techniques including FRC (functional range conditioning), resistance stretching, kinesiological stretching, body rolling, and more. 

We can not create mobility in the body if our flexibility is lacking. Therefore, this is a step that can’t be missing if true mobility is a goal. The feel of this class is warm and yummy. You’ll leave feeling like a well-oiled machine and your body will move that way too. Offered Mondays at 4:30pm 

Zumba/ Zumba Toning~ This is a combo class. 30 minutes of Zumba, followed by 45 minutes of Zumba Toning (Zumba with weights). This class will make you smile, sculpt your body, and give you a great sweat! No dance experience necessary! Offered Thursdays at 9:30am

ZUMBA:

I’ve been a dancer my whole life and feel that dance is one of the best ways to get your body and mind connected. I love world music and movement.  Zumba allows me the joy of dancing to great beats and rhythms from around the world. I’d love to have you join me for a class at Gold’s Gym Issaquah or in my own studio on Wednesdays.

 I also create special Zumba events with groups of instructors (open to the public) as well as community flash mobs. Sign up for my newsletter to receive word of these super-charged, super-fun events.

I’m available to teachpartyinpink2016 special occasion Zumba such as bachelorette parties, girl’s night out and special birthday parties. You provide the location. Contact me via email and we can discuss options.
