Day 5 of my “Foot Love” mini-series. Today I’ve filmed a short video for all of you high-heel wearers. The holidays are a time for wearing our fun, fancy shoes, so I wanted to address that today and give you a few tips to help your body recover. Please note* — Even though I didn’t mention the other tools and techniques of the past 4 days, each of those are great recovery tools that you can use after wearing heels- especially rolling your feet and wearing the alignment socks. I just didn’t want to repeat info for you.
